How has 2010 been treating you so far?

On the 31st, I went to the most popular place to countdown in Hong Kong--Tsim Sha Tsui!! That was great. I wish we stayed in the crowd where the party was though. We walked too far and ended up at Pacific club (which had a full harbour view and was very beautiful) but lacked the kind of atmosphere there is at the actual pier, you know? Anyhow, I loved it. Supposingly there are some photos, but I don't know when the person who took them would upload them (or if he'd share them at all!!)

WOOT HE SHARED THEM!!! SEE UNDER CUT FOR PHOTOS!!! YAY!

Anyway, I took a really pathetic amount of photos, so I'll support that with proper, real photos of the fireworks (even though the photos are actually from last year, but the fireworks are the same anyway...)

EDIT: The guy who took the photos shared them!!!!! Here they are!!!!!

( Heehee my phone now officially sucks at photos. Or maybe it's just my hand. )

Uwa my 1st entry for 2010 .... I will be starting my new school term tomorrow & also in exactly a week's time , I'm going to be 23 @_@

I do dread turning old again but then again it can't be helped & sometimes age is ain't nothing but a number ne *points to BREAKERZ as a form of inspiration where DAIGO is secretly 22 in a soon to be 32 year old body xD

The subjects that I'm going to take in my new trimester are no pushovers & from the course outlines that I have skimmed though , damn it gives me a lot of reasons to stop being on AHS & basically on the net for long periods of time .

Then again I already have plans in a way or 2 to stop being so active on AHS so the timing couldn't be more perfect than this . Somemore , I already have finished watching all the J dramas that I need to watch .

Not to mention it do feels weird that I'm the only BREAKERZ nutcase in AHS & I plan to focus on promoting them a lot than ever before in 2010 alongside with my fialing partner in crime Nat <3

Sia , Nat's birthday's coming up soon & so's Jenny so I think I should start shopping around for their pressies as we're all Jan birthday babies .

If not , a card will do nicely too :) ... I just hope this trimester I'm able to survive X___X & also to recuperate my financial losses as I virtually left almost close to nothing in my bank account D:

My birthday & Chinese New Year are coming up soon so in a way , my financial burden will be lessen sorta . I said before that I'm not going to be so nice in 2010 which will happen if not Cindy the maid will kick me xD

2009 has ended.
in a way i can say that it was a "good year in disguise"
but lets stop talking about 2009 already.
i'm done with any 2009.

now its 2010, i have a life to live and things to do.
lots of things i have written down, the things that i want to achieve.
and i'm gonna work through it. because on NYE next year, its gonna be different.
i'm gonna say 2010 is a year well spent for me.
i wont have to say that i'm moving on
because things would be just great, till the point where we could just be contented with it.

some things i have to let go,
but some things i will not.
i'm going to live my 2010 to the fullest,
but still,
i'll be right here to support you
no matter what decisions u make =)
as long as you're happy
because i have faith that next year's 2010 review,
will be full of positives.

went down to customs to settle my 1k fine.
its just 1/10 of the fine but its better than nothing.
went back to panjang and met jia jie and his girlfriend.
had lunch and went back home.
then went and got myself a haircut, changed parting.
then met Kelvin and Cunping at 163 for dinner.
chilled all the way till about 1am and went back
now home just came out from shower.
waiting for a call and then i'm off to bed because i'm working tomorrow, freakkinnnggg tirrreeedd now HAHA!

2009 is coming to an end sheesh & like last year , I swore never to do the whole 'I reflect what happened in the past year' that sorta thing .

This year I will do something different & you imagine how many brainwave ideas I had earlier on when I was watching my BREAKERZ's PVs/DVDs in the living room xD

What I do's to come up with different categories all relating to the guys & in each I will share info that is probably known or is not known by the usual BREAKERZ fan , seeing that I'm a closet fan of the guys & in recent times no thanks to Nat , my BREAKERZ fialing has skyrocketed to an all time high xD

Best Single PVs ::

in BIG BANG ! - WINTER PARTY & SUMMER PARTY

WINTER PARTY - I considered this as my fave PV of the guys before they released FIGHTERZ .

Be it the single or album versions , both are chokeful of rabu rabu love between the trio , especially the album version where the guys behaved like kids even though they're in their 30's xD & everybody was basically having such a great time , smiling & clowing around when the cameras were rolling .

Before I saw the album version , the single version made me go !!!!!!!!!!!! at DAIGO cos he's just too adorable in there X___________X

Album version wise , what's not to love seeing DAIGO smelling Shinpi's armpits xD & then Aki joined in the fun after that hoho xD

SUMMER PARTY - ah yes the very song that kicked start my love for the guys & their music some 1 1/2 years ago & counting <3

I like the album version as there're more behind the scenes footages of them clowing around & Aki got to beat/smash up a watermelon with a baseball bat when he was blindfolded after losing to DAIGO over a game of rock paper scissors LOL

Aki was so cute in the PV sigh , he almost overpowered DAIGO like seriously . He has a cute face so beat it haha !

In FIGHTERZ - all the PVs 8D

yeah I'm biased but it seems that ZAIN RECORDS up the guys's budget for all the singles's PVs this time round .

Also , be it the single or FIGHTERZ versions (yes all 6 PVs are different if you buy the CD + DVD Type A of the album T_T) , I enjoy all of them .

FIGHTERZ version of LOVE FIGHTER cracked me up so badly xD . I thought the single version was LOL'd at max but the FIGHTERZ version is even more crazy !

Aki & Shinpi 'suck' when comes to being DAIGO's LOVE supporters ;p & they were shouting all sorts of nonsense when DAIGO FAILED big time in the boxing ring LOL

Album Songs That Should Have Gotten A PV But Didn't T_T ::

Oh I love this category xD & I will list the songs according to albums that they have already put out .

1st Album - BREAKERZ

REAL LOVE

I think Nat's not surprised that I have listed REAL LOVE but come on , that should have gotten a PV & not THE TRAIN'S GONE ... ;p

But omg I really cannot imagine if the guys were to come up with a REAL LOVE PV man @_@ D:

REAL LOVE is dubbed the unofficial & probably the ultimate fanservice song of the guys seeing that it seems to be a staple song that they love to perform onstage & EVERYTIME whenever that happens , dog leash collars will be wore by the guys & maximum fanservice moments will explode big time between DAIGO & Aki X_____X

Funnily enough , the fans love it when DAIGO humped & kissed Aki onstage & when I was watching their BREAKERZ LIVE 2009 "WISH" in Nippon Budokan DVD , the whole Nippon Budokan was going kyaaaa when DAIGO did 2 full lip locks with Aki while pulling his dog leash collar & humping him in the process WOO xD

I got turn on super big time when I saw that priceless moment or 2 in my living room 8D . Thankfully my parents weren't around when that happened fufufufu ;p

Miss you

I love this song , it's 1 of the few ballads that I can find in their 1st album . I remembered they did this during their SPECIAL SUMMER PARTY @ SHIBUYA-AX last year on 8th Aug & it's such a touching/sweet no. <3

I can imagine the guys probably doing this song in some laid back romantic setting in the backdrop :)

2nd Album - CRASH & BUILD

I like a lot more songs in CRASH & BUILD than their 1st album but anyway

IN THE SKY

oh yeah another staple live song that the guys love to perform & it's also a fave of mine too <3

It's so peppy & upbeat which's so kick ass & after the 1st chorus , DAIGO always love to do some chummy PG moments with the other 2 (usually with Shinpi but it depends xD) which's cute & he likes to pretend to lick his microphone in the midst of the performance 8D

It's quite erotic but that's because there's a line in IN THE SKY which talks about ice cream so you can't blame him ;p

EMILY

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS EMILY EMILY EMILY in which Nat said that it's her 'name' but sorry it's not trademark LOL

It's 1 of the more harder rock songs in the album which I absolutely love & if a PV was made for EMILY , I imagine her being a dark gothic person for some reason haha

SUGAR BABY

oh yeah another great track which's <3 .

I really don't know what kinda concept the guys will use if they make a PV for SUGAR BABY . I guess in a wonderland like setting ? o_O

Crystal Night

Way before the crazy BAMBINO ~Bambino~ & LOVE FIGHTER ~Koi no Battle~ came about , it's Crystal Night which DAIGO started to dance (well at least he tried LOL) & it's also a staple song that they love to do without fail !

I don't know but they definitely should have made a PV for this alongside with Ao no Mirai but I think at that time they're not ready to see DAIGO 'dance' just yet xD

But everytime the song's done live , a big crystal ball will be lighted & dropped down from the celling & when the song ends , DAIGO will always do his WISH rock pose over & over & over again .

3rd Album - BIG BANG !

Aitakute (I Want To Meet You)

Man it's no wonder that Aki's a mad genius & this shows in Aitakute which's the only album ballad in BIG BANG ! ;___;

I think an emo PV is suited for such an emotional driven ballad & DAIGO might play a guy in the PV who got dumped by a girl but he wants her back that sorta thing :(

4th Album - FIGHTERZ

SECRET GIRL

Oh yes the sexiest BREAKERZ song in the form of SECRET GIRL 8D & I was told that the song's super erotic o_O o_O

nevertheless , wow , I can't imagine what sorta fun PV will materialise if that comes true *grinning away heh heh heh

Orion & Snow Rose

Ok I put both songs together because I can imagine/visualise a movie like PV going on & it helps that Aki wrote/composed both amazing ballads too

Just like ayumi's Kyo Ai movie but way better of course xD

B-sides That Should Have Gotten A PV But Didn't ;___; ::

Smile in Tears & Faraway so Close.

This year was the year when the guys started to release a single A-side & throwing in B-sides in the single .

& it's a no brainer that I put Smile in Tears & Faraway so Close. together because they're both fantastic songs that Aki wrote & composed <3

I definitely think it's not fair that Winter Bell was the only B-side that got a PV while these 2 songs didn't T_T

Best Making Of PVs Clips ::

BAMBINO ~Bambino~ & LOVE FIGHTER ~Koi no Battle~

I put both in because the making/dance movements segments of both PVs are the longest ie. about 20 mins + long or so as compared to other making of that I seen of the guys which can fall under 5 mins + T_T

But nevertheless , wow , I can say that after I watched the making of both PVs , my perception towards Aki has changed quite a lot lmao

I always thought he's a goody goody & a square with him being the oldest in the group but after he joined DAIGO in 'raping' & 'stripping' Shinpi in both clips , not anymore xD

I'm waiting for the day when Aki finally lets loose on his blog LOLLLLLL

Also I laughed so hard when I saw both making of clips in which prior to the chorus where the dance moves occured , the guys will be doing all sorts of funny & crazy moments with each other xD

Such a pity that this ace confession scene clip is under 2 mins long ;___; . It should have been longer dammit T_T

You can find this clip in the CD + DVD Type A of GRAND FINALE after you watched the PV & it's HILARIOUS & cracked me up so badly .

Further proof that Shinpi does get the girls at the end of the day xD & DAIGO & Aki never looked so dejected/rejected than ever before in here LMAO

Song That Has A Happy/Positive Vibe But Has A Sad Story Behind It LOL ::

SUMMER PARTY

yeah the song is really peppy/upbeat & the lyrics are quite romantic but I feel sorry for DAIGO because it has a sad story behind the song T_T

He liked a girl whom went to London for an exchange trip & during the summer holidays , he went to London to see her (his ex was jokingly telling him over the phone she wished he was there & he really went the next day or something like that D:)

On the plane where he was imagining 'stuff' , he wrote the lyrics to SUMMER PARTY LOL but when he arrived at London , he got dumped X________X (man his ex was so stupid to dump him really grr)

The worst thing's that after that happened , he stayed in London for 1 whole week & he dubbed that period as Miserable London xD LOL

& I suspect LAST EMOTION is the after side effects of him getting dumped from this incident T_T

Uwa , I can't believe a week ago I was in Macau @_@ which's so scary but I had a great time there :D

Some pointers that I have noted down when I was in Macau :

- it was my 1st time in Macau . I was expecting the place to be quite run down & etc but it's NOT !

It's like a mini version of Las Vegas with all the casinos & etc . There're 26 casinos in Macau & counting & seriously 1 casino in Macau is enough to kick Genting's ass

casinos like MGM Grand Macau & Sands have something like 5-6 stories worth of just casino alone D:

- the casinos (be it stand alone ones or hotel casinos) in Macau are so rich to the extent that they even have a bus terminal built specially to house all the shuttle buses X___X (including the hotel that I stayed in)

I was shocked when I saw that because wow , I didn't know such a thing exist prior to my arrival in Macau .

Needless to say , transporation wasn't a problem when I was there for the week .

- casinos casinos casinos ! The legal age to enter a casino in Macau's 18 so Hui Li was going yay xD

The stakes were really high when I went to those bigger casinos . Like the minimum bet for a barracat / card game can start at HK$300 & even HK$500 D:

- I also went to Zhu Hai , China . Just like Macau , I find that their milk tea are fantastic & way better than here .

I don't know what secret ingredients were being used D:

- the food Macau served were great ! the portugese egg tarts , milk pudding , pork chop bun were faboo

- the hotel I stayed at , they had room service & you even can order cigarettes there D: . The alcohol they had on the menu , it's quite cheap too

talking about cigarettes , you even can purchase specially made ones from casinos / hotel casinos , can you imagine ? Damn

- I put my Cantonese usage to good use ! er sorta ... since I speak better Cantonese than my original dialetc Hokkien

The Macau people are most comfortable in Cantonese but if that fails , I switch to use Chinese & sometimes English to converse

- I felt that I wasn't in Macau sometimes . I felt more like I was in Europe . Just look at the pics that I took using my camera phone & you know why so .

Some of the architecture structure in hotels that I went to such as The Venetian , damn , how much $ was being spent in the interiors ?! @_@

- Macau is really like a mini Las Vegas . Yup I said it again but at night when the lights & etc are being switched on , it's so pretty :D

- I went to MGM Grand Macau (the same place where ayumi hamasaki shot the pics for her A COMPLETE best album) & there were so many pandas inside the hotel LOL xD

- When I went to the Macau Tower , I saw pics of Ryo Nishikido inside the tower that they took of him when he went early this year (3 days before my 22nd birthday) to bungee jump to get over his fear of the dentist (yeah no link really)

Hui Li & I were going kyaaaa xD xD

- I also videotaped/recorded a clip that's 2 mins + with my camera phone which is a fountain performance which took place outside of the Wiynn hotel .

I got a shock when it started because I wasn't expecting it to start & there were fire blowing out from the water . I was quite far from there but I still have feel the heat @_@
